Special Edition - African Baobab Jam 215g (with no added sugar)

Our Handmade Baobab Jam with no added sugar be classed as a Super Jam!


It is more like a puree than a jam proper its texture thicker than honey & has been described as reminiscent of apricots, lemon curd, & a hint of toffee. Due to a number of customers requesting a no added sugar version of our awarding Baobab Jam we came up with this number. We trailed a number of alternative sweeteners and settled for Sweet freedom, which    is a unique combination of Apples, Grapes & Carob.


*You can cook and bake with it

*Fantastic for mixing with olive oil to make a tangy salad dressing

*Due to the high pectin content it can be used to thicken a sauce or gravy

*Our Baobab Jam is a fantastic accompaniment with Cheese.


Ingredients: Pure Dartmoor Water, Sweet freedom, Baobab Fruit Powder.


All our products are: Registered by the Vegan Society. Contain no artificial flavours, colourings, preservatives or GMOs. Gluten & Dairy Free.  Handmade in Devon using sustainably harvested baobab
