Our stunningly packaged Handmade Baobab Jam in a Dark chocolate brown Kilner Jar should be classed as a Super Jam!
It is more like a puree than a jam proper its texture thicker than honey & has been described as reminiscent of apricots, lemon curd, & caramel pear. Unlike most preserves on the market Yozuna’s Baobab Jam has water as the first ingredient and not sugar.
*You can cook and bake with it
*Fantastic for mixing with olive oil to make a tangy salad dressing
*Due to the high pectin content it can be used to thicken a sauce or gravy
*Our Baobab Jam is a fantastic accompaniment with Cheese.
