Explosively spicy and has a real depth of flavour & smooth texture with a nice kick of chilli. A fantastic compliment to many dishes & makes a fantastic gift! You can use it to marinate fish, chicken, beef, pork, tofu, or veg. Cut 1:2 ratio with yoghurt, crème fraîche, or mayonnaise to make beautiful lush dipping sauce . Add to stir fry's, sauces, soups and gravies, best of all, it's a perfect with cheese & wine!
