Our handmade baobab Jam has a reminiscent taste of apricot & lemon curd. Winner of 2 gold stars from the prestigious, Guild of Fine Foods, 'Great Taste Awards 2009', the jam has an incredibly smooth texture and is packed full of goodness from the baobab fruit. A perfect addition to your food or makes a great gift!

The jam compliments a wide variety of dishes;

Delicious with a cheese board (we think mature cheddar works the best).
Oven or BBQ baked with camembert, rosemary & garlic (check the recipe section for this tasty treat!).
With ham & cheese sandwich/bagel.
