Our handmade baobab Chilli Jam sold out at its launch at Abbfest food festival. This jam is in high demand and absolutely delicious! Explosively spicy and has a real depth  of flavour with a little kick of chilli. A fantastic cheese condiment, compliments many dishes & makes a fantastic gift!

Cooking/food tips for the chilli jam;

• Use to marinate fish & chicken (our salmon, chilli jam & parma ham recipe is quick, easy & delicious), or as a sauce to dip prawns.

• Tasty with cold meats & adding to a stir fry. 

• Perfect with cheese & wine!

• Ingredients: filtered water, fairtrade sugar, baobab fruit powder, onions, garlic, ginger, dried & fresh chillies, herbs & spices, cider vinegar.
