Last year we launched our Tribal Marinade in honour of Nelson Mandela. Its improved and enhanced recipe - a rich marinade which gives a fantastic lightly spiced character and warmth to a variety of dishes. An additional spice mix comes with the marinade, which can be added 10 minutes prior to the end of cooking.
