Our handmade Baobab Jam has a reminiscent taste of apricots & lemon curd. This sugar free version has been sweetened with 'Sweet Freedom' a natural sweetener which contains apple, carob & grapes. The jam has an incredibly smooth texture and is packed full of goodness from the baobab fruit.
The jam compliments a wide variety of dishes, delicious with a cheese board . Try basting on a whole camembert then oven bake. Amazing with ham & cheese sandwich/bagel, mixed with olive oil for a perfect salad dressing or to coat veggies before roasting.
